Viet Nam has welcomed 7,060 tourists and crew members on two cruise ships, Genting Dream and Voyager of the Seas.
Accordingly, after docking at Nha Trang port on July 2, the 4,060 foreign passengers and crew members on the Genting Dream cruiser have a chance to enjoy the unique and delicious local food and visit various beautiful sights and islands in Nha Trang, as well as join in seaside activities including swimming, diving, and mud-bathing.
After that, the ship leaves Nha Trang port to depart for Ho Chi Minh City.
After arriving at Phu My port on July 3, the visitors will continue to visit Ho Chi Minh City, exploring Cu Chi Tunnels, Vung Tau City and Ba Ria town, learning about the life of local people in the Mekong Delta region.
Meanwhile, the cruise ship named the Voyager of the Seas, carrying 3,000 visitors and crew members, many of whom are from the US, the UK, and Australia, will dock at Phu My port in the southern province of Ba Ria – Vung Tau on July 4.
The visitors will visit tourism sites, craft villages and ancient houses in Vung Tau city, and some tourism destinations in Ho Chi Minh City.
The ship left Phu My port later on and continued its voyage to Nha Trang, Chan May ports. After docking, visitors joined tours to discover Thua Thien Hue province, the ancient city of Hoi An and My Son Sanctuary in Quang Nam province, as well as Da Nang city.
Saigontourist said it has served nearly 50,000 cruise tourists from the United Kingdom, France, Germany, Australia, Japan, China, and other countries, from the beginning of 2019 until now.
