* Customers within Vietnam:
For customers within Vietnam, we accept payment by cash and bank transfer.
Cash: We can receive cash payment either in advance in our office or in person upon delivery.
Bank transfer: Bank transfers can be made from a bank account within Vietnam. We will provide you with our banking details at the time of confirmation of the booking.
* Customers outside Vietnam:
For customers outside Vietnam who purchase services prior to arrival in Vietnam, we can only accept payment cash in advance in our office and bank transfer ; we cannot accept cash at the time of a later delivery.
When do I need to pay? Do I need to pay in advance or can I show up and pay before tour departure or at hotel?
If you are paying by credit card online, your credit card will not be billed until after we confirm the availability of the tour and hotel.
You can change your dates, if needed, at no additional cost as long as you give sufficient advance notice and availability exists.
Cancellations of the tours usually involve a cancellation fee, which depends on how far in advance you cancel.
Please refer to the change or cancellation policy for any particular tour.
Some tours require more than one day advance payment.
Booking via internet shall comply with the payment policy via internet.
If you have a complaint or issue with a tour that you purchase from us, we encourage you to bring it to our attention as quickly as possible so that we can work with you and look into the issue to solve any problem

We requires 40% of the total amount as deposit. The balance will be settled upon your arrival Vietnam. After receiving it, we proceed all the bookings and send you final confirmation soonest.
Further, we could scan all the hotel confirmations and airtickets to keep your mind on the itineraries and better understanding.
